Cecily Mae, what an angel she is. I have known this little butterball’s mama for 17 years. We were preschool teachers and have stayed in touch through out the years. Billie is one very important Early Childhood Education and Development advocates in our community and it’s been amazing watching her achieve all her accomplishments. She has worked her ASS off and has first hand experience  in our community and knows what works and what doesn’t and first hand knowledge with our most vulnerable members of our communities. She is one of the most hilarious, down to earth and REALIST person I know.  I think that’s why I love her so much and why we have been friends so long. It really is an amazing journey and experience watching people you care about grow, make a bigger family and just achieve amazing things.

Cecily Mae is a very special little lady. I know Billie and Matt are over the moon for this precious little (kinda big) nugget. lol

This little lady has two big brothers who just adore her so.
