Noah turned the Big ONE on January 29th!
But, before we get to that…this blog is a perfect example of how we got to Noah’s first year!
I have told this family’s begining stories through professional photography for over 6 years!
I have been so lucky to have a front row seat to Caitlyn & David’s early journey.
From the engagment session we shot in 2019, to their first “I do’s” in 2020. Needless to say, we have been through a lot together. Remember how crazy 2020 was? Because of Covid, the couple had to postpone the wedding till late November of 2020, and revisted their wedding reception in the summer of 2021. Could you imagine? Well, they both handled it with grace and we made the most of the day and it was still a beautiful wedding. These two have so much love for each other. Then just a few years later…They were expecting their first baby boy! I have eagerly been awaiting this day! I know a lot of people have!
How it started…of course I had to take them to my favorite place to shoot their engagment photos. We had the most gorgeous day! We really couldn’t have asked for a better day.

For Noah’s first year pictures, Caitlyn had this idea of a “Pasta Smash!” instead of a cake smash session.
I was totally on board and Leona was counting down the days till his session! Not joking! lol
I can’t believe how perfect the session went and how amazing Noah did! He was loving his pasta mom made!! And Dad used some skills and help create the perfect “overflow” effect with the pasta bowl! It was so perfect!
